Byrd has been practicing
dentistry for more than 35 years.

Dr. Michael Raboy, D.D.S.
Dr. Raboy has been practicing dentistry for 40 years and Byrd Dental Health Center is excited to have him
join our team of professionals. Dr. Raboy grew up in New York City and attended St. Lawrence University.
He went to the State University of New York at Buffalo Dental School and graduated in 1967. Following
Dental School he was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army Dental Corps during the
Vietnam War. He was stationed at Edgewood Arsenal in Edgewood, Maryland. After two years in the military
he opened a practice in Montgomery Village, MD that he had for 35 years. Not wanting to retire, he came to
Frederick and joined Frederick Cosmetic Dentistry where he had been practicing for the last 6 years.
Dr. Claudia Storch, D.D.S.
Dr. Claudia Storch graduated
from University of Maryland
Dental School in 1998. Dr.
Storch completed her residency
at John Hopkins University
hospital. She has been in private
practice since 2000. Dr. Storch
is also a member of the Dental
Organization for Conscious Sedation. Dr. Storch resides in
Hagerstown with her husband and 3 lovely children. She is
active in her church and also speaks 3 other languages
besides English: Portuguese, Spanish and French. Dr.
Storch is a kind and caring dentist who truly enjoys working
with her patients to achieve excellent oral health. Dr. Storch
especially loves to work with children. All who know her
really enjoy her “perky” personality!
